Nun bin ich also in Darwin, ganz oben angekommen! Die letzten Wochen waren sehr abwechslungsreich und ich habe viel gesehen und erlebt. Die letzten Tage verbringe ich bei meiner Grosscousine auf dem Campingplatz weit ausserhalb :-) Sie wohnt fuer ca. 3 Monate hier in Darwin zusammen mit ihrem Freund. Sie arbeitet hier in einem Juwelier und ist bereits permanent Australier! Habe dennoch bereits einmal die Partyluft in Darwin geschnuppert, war auf einem Konzert im Botanischen Garten, schick essen am Jachthafen.. auf griechisch hmmmm... und auf 3 verschiedenen Maerkten! einschliesslich dem Mindl Sunset market, bei dem man am Donnerstag den strand gar nicht mehr sehen konnte! und das nachdem ich dachte es sei schon am Sonntag voll gewesen! ahhhh so viele menschen! gabs was umsonst? Ja, einen Sonnenuntergang.. von denen habe ich ja nun ausreichende gesehen :-) Obwohl ich von denen nie genug bekommen kann, im Gegensatz zu roten Canyons! Immerhin gibt hier nun tropische Pools und Wasserfaelle, denn ich wage mich nicht ins Meer... auch wenn es derzeit nur sehr wenig von den toedlichen Quallen geben soll.. na ich will es ja nicht testen!
Ja, was habe ich noch unternommen? wir waren bei verschiedenen Wasserfaellen im Lichtfieldnationalpark, einschliesslich einem Geheimtip meiner cousine, da waren wir dann wirklich alleine mit den Bremsen! :-) Diese Woche ist es nun auch sehr heiss geworden, so dass ich sogar nur noch mit Tshirt schlafe! (wer mich kennt, weis, das will was heissen... ) und um 9 Uhr wirds dann sogar zuuuuu heiss im Zelt!
Morgen gehts nun auf die letzte Tour in OZ! In den Kakadu nationalpark mit einem Aborigine Tour Guide.. da soll ich dann in diesen Temperaturen wandern! Ja! Suess...
Am sonntag verlasse ich dann Good Old OZ.. und fahre noch ein paar tage nach Bali! Ich bin schon ganz traurig und kann es gar nicht glauben, dass ein Jahr vorueber sein soll!??
